 Shipping

Native Bebe offers FREE shipping on all CAN & US orders by CANADA POST. We use Canada Post as our primary method of shipping. We want you to get your package as safely as possible. When available we use regular post or an expedited service that allows us to give you a tracking number. This enables you to track your package online at http://www.canadapost.ca or over the phone at 1-800 - 267 - 1177. If you have a tracking number it will be emailed to you after your package has been shipped.Items usually ship next within the next 3 business day, arriving in approx. 7 days. Orders placed Fri-Sun usually ship out on Monday. Arrival time is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, you can purchase upgraded shipping options for an additional charge. All orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.

We currently only ship within Canada and the USA. We ship out of central Canada in Ontario. Shipping times vary across the country but on average usually end up being around a week. If you are in a rush please contact us about an express option for your package.

14-day Return Policy

We understand that things just sometimes don't work out.  Should you wish to return any item we offer a 14 day return or exchange policy.  This applies to all items in their original un-worn condition, with their orginial packaging and all tags still attached.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  All sales are final after 14 days.  Please send the items back to the address on your invoice. If the item has a fault, please contact us and we will work with you for the return of the item, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

Returns - including returns on sale items - can be made for 14 days from the date that your purchase arrives to you, for any reason. Shipping charges are not refundable.

A Return Authorization number (RA #) will be required with ANY RETURN. To get a RA #, please e-mail us at hosawamick@nativebebe.com . Please include your name, telephone number and order number.

Please allow one to three days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package.

Original Condition

All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Native Bebe will not accept merchandise that has been used. Please return all items with tags attached. Returns and exchanges can only be made by mail:

Return-Shipping Instructions

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid, regular parcel post. Insuring your return allows you to track you parcel with Canada Post. A Return Authorization number (RA #) is required.

Exchanges

Exchanges - including exchanges on sale items - can be made for 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Please contact us to ensure the item is available.

Once we have been contacted, we would be happy to put the replacement item on hold until your return arrives.

Refunds

We will refund your order up to 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Returns made after 14 days, and no longer than 30 days, will be refunded for store credit only. Refunds to your credit card may take up to an extra day to appear on your credit record. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Q.How can I place an order?
A. At the moment you can order from our site. We offer a shopping cart right on the site through paypal, In the near future you can call or fax to place your order.

Q.What is Paypal?

A.Paypal is the company we use to take our credit card payments. It is a safe, secure method for shopping on the internet, your payment goes to Paypal and then we receive the funds. Q.Do I need a paypal account to place an order?

A.No, you do not need a paypal account to place an order. You can go through the check out with any credit card. Paypal will give you the option of setting up a free account after the transaction but you are not obligated to do so.

Q.I have just placed an order through the site, now what?
A.If you have just placed an order through the site you will receive a receipt of payment through paypal. Soon after you will receive another email for confirmation of shipment. If you are still unsure whether your order has been received please feel free to email us.

Q.Something I'm interested in says "sold out", can I still order it?
A.It depends on the item, a lot of times we can do a re-order/re-make with the company on the things they carry year round. If it is a seasonal item, it is subject to availability. Regardless,if something says "sold out", please contact us if you are interested in the item and we will do our best to work with you.

Q.How long will my order take to ship?

A.Shipping times vary on your province, we are located in central Canada. Orders usually take up to 2 weeks, with an exception of holidays. If you feel your order is taking longer than expected please contact us.

Q.Why the name Native Bebe?

A.The company name "Native Bebe" came to mind when through hearing many First Nations people referring to their babies as bebe.  It was clear that this name would be unique and would accurately reflect the products and services other then simply "Native Baby"

Q.Some of your items sell out very fast, why?

A.As a small company a lot of the times we only make one of each item or one of each size. But as our business grows so will our inventory.

A.We know sometimes things just don't work out or occasionally doesn't fit.

A.As a company we strive to protect your privacy. Any personal information gathered will be confidential and used for our own information. If you have placed an order with us the email used will be added to our mailing list. Q.Can I order an item that I don't see on the web site?

A.Yes - our Native Bebe store, stocks a complete line of childrens clothing for babies to adults and everything in between, including clothing, powwow regalia and accessories. We travel to various powwows and native functions across central ontario. View calender for up-coming events. I plan to open up a retail store for the public in 2013. Q.How do I determine what size to purchase?

A.  Size Guidelines will help you fit your baby, child, youth or teenager for Native Bebe' Products. We specialize in fitting hard-to-fit kids, including husky and slim sizes, and our charts take that into consideration. We also accept Special Orders and can provide service to kids with disabilities.
